CLC Day Care Provides:
~ Nestle Good Start Formula
~ Gerber Rice Cereal
~ Daily sheet which includes:  diapering, feedings, naps, 
    medicine, & activities
~ will puree fruits & vegetables at 8 months with the parents
     permission

Parents Need to Provide:
~ Diapers
~ Wipes
~ Other type of Formula or Breast Milk
~ Baby Fruit & Vegetables
~ Bottle
~ Pacifier
~ Medicines (Tylenol, Motrin, Ointments, etc.)

Daily Activities (may include):
~ Coloring with crayons or markers
~ Finger Painting
~ Going for a stroller ride inside or outside
~ Outside on the playground with small slides & infant  swings
~ Tummy Time
~ Reading simple stories
~ Playing with small manipulative (rattles, balls, jungle  gym 
     activity, walking toys, etc.)
